Florida sounds pretty good right about now! Not discontinuing the blog though with as little attention I have given it lately it is easy to see why you would think that! I have just been too mentally preoccupied with my dissertation to put together a post.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who's sick of snow! As if we haven't had enough, we're supposed to get another couple of inches today.
On the other hand, all the snow the U.S., Europe, and Asia have received this winter ought to convince every right-thinking person that "man-made global warming" is a hoax.

The traffic's not nearly as bad as many were expecting it to be. I'm off to the pairs figure skating long program this afternoon. Can't wait!!

We have gotten more snow since I posted my announcement too :(
Now people are saying it is "climate change". That way whether it is hotter with no precipitation or cold with feet of snow everywhere it is still all the fault of man and our carbon footprints!

What gets me, is how some people are so preoccupied with climate change that they fail to see the many starving children in this world that may never grow to become adults.
Seems kinda hypocrital to me, this attitude.
Lets do all we can to save the world for future generations... meanwhile countless other human beings(all Gods children too) are dieing.. through greed, gluttony and neglect on our part.

Yup, y'all have gotten awesome amounts of snow there. I almost got stranded in Maryland myself during "Snowmageddon" on Super Bowl weekend; thankfully I changed my flight and got out the morning before the snow hit, on one of the last planes out of Baltimore probably. Had I not gotten out I might still be down there.
I'm envious though. Boston has had a light go of it this year...seems like the mid-Atlantic is stealing all of our snow. So enjoy the snow for the blessing that it is!!
